Defendants appeal from a decree in equity setting aside and vacating a judgment by default secured against plaintiff in an action filed on April 17, 1940, in the Municipal Court of Los Angeles, and based on an assigned claim for medical services allegedly furnished by Dr. Walter B. Schwuchow (since deceased) to plaintiff and her son. In that action defendants herein, Slaughter and Trigg, as operators of a collection agency named The Doctors Business Bureau, were plaintiffs and plaintiff herein was a defendant.
